Please be aware that by starting the consultation process, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- We solely employ positive reinforcement and force-free training techniques, which demand patience and commitment from the dog’s caretakers. The achievement of a successful outcome also depends on your proactive involvement and regular updates on your progress throughout our engagement. Failure to communicate and provide updates may impede progress.
- Before the consultation, kindly ensure that you complete any provided questionnaires accurately and return them to the trainer at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in information gaps that will be addressed during the training session. Rest assured that any information shared will be treated with strict confidentiality.
- All consultation and training fees must be paid in full and in advance, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon with the trainer.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in applicable charges. Please note that last-minute cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
- The trainer may use personal judgment and cancel a training session or cut it short if necessary, due to safety or welfare concerns, or if the dog’s specific needs require it. In such cases, the session (or part of it) can be rescheduled. Refunds will only be considered as a last resort and at the trainer’s discretion.
- Please be respectful to your dog trainer. We will not tolerate any abuse or rudeness. The trainer reserves the right to cancel an appointment or follow-up consultations/training sessions without prior notice.
- It is your responsibility to keep your dog under control during training sessions, including when training takes place at your premises. You will be held liable for any injuries caused by your dog being out of control.
- Dogs with a history of biting must wear a muzzle, please discuss the requirements with your trainer prior to any in-person consultation/training taking place. We cannot accept responsibility for dogs that are not muzzled or kept under control during our sessions or outside of them.
- While we maintain insurance coverage through Pet Business Insurance, please note that any accidents or injuries occurring during our training sessions will not be covered if you fail to use appropriate equipment or neglect to follow our advice.
- Occasionally, we may capture photographs or videos of your dog to assist in the consultation process. Your trainer may share success stories about your dog on social media, along with related photos and videos. If you do not wish for us to do this, please send an email to your trainer specifically requesting so.
Please review and confirm your understanding and agreement with the aforementioned terms and conditions before proceeding with the consultation process. By booking a consultation/training session, you acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions.
